Tawanda

Tawanda is the Founder of Ubuntu Health Solutions Pvt Ltd. He has a broad range of clinical experience in occupational therapy across inpatient and community settings. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy from the University of Zimbabwe, a Master of Health Practice (Hons in Rehabilitation) from Auckland University of Technology, and a PhD from Griffith University. To service providers, Tawanda provides consultancy services including leadership, clinical supervision, and research. For service users Tawanda is available to enable  people whose driving has been impacted by illness or disability to return to driving.

Toziva

Toziva (Tozi) holds a BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy from the University of Zimbabwe, a Postgraduate Diploma in Special Needs Education from the University of Oslo (Norway), a Major Home Modifications Certificate from Assisstive Technology Australia, and a Postgraduate OT Driving Assessor Certificate from Institute of Driver Health. Guided by the Ubuntu philosophy, Tozi believes in dignity, inclusion, and meaningful participation for all. He brings extensive experience in disability, aged care, home modifications, assisistive technology, and OT driving assessments, working collaboratively to strengthen individuals, families, and

communities.

Charleen

Charleen is an occupational therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals across a range of psychosocial, cognitive and physical needs. She holds a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy from Griffith University and is currently studying a Master’s in Health Services Management. She has a strong interest in women’s health and is passionate about helping people build sustainable routines, strengthen wellbeing, and engage in meaningful everyday occupations.

Sandra

Sandra brings extensive experience across Africa, New Zealand, and Australia in large corporate environments. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Behavioural Studies. Her background spans payroll, onboarding, compliance, workforce coordination, and information systems development and support, complemented by experience in the retail, health, and community sectors. She brings a calm, solutions‑focused approach to her work, along with a creative touch through her passion for baking.

Clement

Dr Nhunzvi brings over 15 years of expertise in occupational therapy, and education. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy from the University of Zimbabwe, a Master of Science in OT, and a PhD from the University of Cape Town, specialising in psychosocial rehabilitation, substance use disorders, HIV, and social inclusion. Dr Nhunzvi is committed to advancing mental health, functional independence, occupational justice, and decolonial perspectives in health and rehabilitation.

Morris

Morris is a physiotherapist with over 20 years of experience across Australia, New Zealand and Zimbabwe. Morris has a Bachelor of Science Honours in Physiotherapy and a Masters in Public Health. Morris’ main area of expertise is working with clients with neurological conditions but has vast experience in falls prevention, musculoskeletal conditions, gerontology and chronic pain management, with experience across acute, rehabilitation and community settings. Morris values clients achieving results that are meaningful to them and on self-management.
